How to recover your login email address
Forgot the email address you use to log in?
First, check your inbox to see if you have received a welcome email from Sojern. If you have received this email, you can use that email address to log in. If you do not see this email, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to set up a login.
Entered the correct information but still can’t log in?
It's possible that you may no longer have access to your Sojern account. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to add your email back to the account.
Found the email address but still don't know your password?
How to change your email address
If you would like to change the email address associated with your Sojern account, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Please keep in mind that if you change your email address, a new Sojern login email will be sent to the new email address, and your new login will go through any new user flows when logging in for the first time.
If you can’t access the email address on file
Sign up and notice a typo in your email? Did you sign up with an old email address? If you’re no longer able to access your account because you don’t have access to the email on file, please contact your Customer Success Manager for help.
