These notifications provide updates on bookings driven by Sojern to the accounts assigned to your profile. By default, "No notifications" is selected. You can change this setting yourself or request assistance from your Customer Success Manager.
To opt in to receive notifications:
1 - Navigate to the User Profile section.
2 - Select either Daily or Weekly Bookings Notifications to receive email updates on your assigned accounts.
Note:
- To ensure data accuracy, there may be a delay of up to 4 days in the displayed information.
- If you wish to disable notifications, simply switch to No Notifications.
