Sojern has several payment methods available for you to pay your invoices. These can be different depending on what region you reside in. To add or update your payment methods please check our article Adding or changing Payment Information.
Most common payment methods
Credit Card
The easiest and most convenient, this payment method is available to all users. Sojern accepts the following credit card types:
Please note that credit card details must be stored by Sojern. This procedure is secured by Stripe, a trusted third party payment service. Sojern will use Stripe services to store and charge the card on file, so that Sojern employees will not be able to see your card details.
Direct Debit Payments
These methods are electronic fund transfers where the user's bank account is directly debited by Sojern. You can add your bank details directly in your Sojern account.
- ACH: available in the United States
- SEPA: available in Europe
- BACS: available in the United Kingdom
Payment Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions must be accepted in order to store a payment method. These are the same Terms & Conditions agreed for in your Contract, but more specific to the certain payment method you are selecting. A link is available to review them before accepting them.
