If you are unable to add payment information to your account, click on one of the options below to troubleshoot:
- I’m getting an error after submitting my payment information
- I don’t see an option to update my payment method
- I don't see the payment method that I want to add
I'm getting an error after submitting my payment information
The following are common reasons why you may see an error message after submitting your payment information:
- Invalid ZIP Code: The billing ZIP code you submit doesn’t match the one your bank or card issuer has on file.
- Invalid security code: The 3-digit security code on the back of your card doesn’t match the one you’re submitting to Sojern.
- Invalid expiration date: Your payment method has expired or the expiration date you’re entering doesn’t match.
I don’t see an option to update my payment method
If you're not seeing the option to update your payment method, you likely do not have access to add payment to the account. Please view User roles and access to make sure your role allows you access to add/edit payment.
I don't see the payment method that I want to add
If you do not see the option to pay with the payment method you agreed to, please contact your Sales Executive or Customer Success Manager.
