To locate your Invoices, navigate to the Billing tab on the left sidebar. You will have visibility to all invoices associated with your account. You can download each invoice in your account by selecting the Invoice Number under the ID column.
If you have a past-due invoice that needs to be paid, you can complete payment by clicking on the Pay Invoice Now button located on the top right corner. Note: only invoice recipients can complete this operation. If you have any issues accessing this feature, please contact your Customer Success Manager or accounting@sojern.com.
