As a Pay on the Booking customer, you have opted for streamlined billing and lower operational effort. The Reconciliation section will reflect the solution you have opted for: there is no need to reconcile each individual booking, however you will still be able to access a breakdown of your bill.
To locate your Bookings Report, click on Billing at the top of your screen, and click on the Bookings Report sub-tab. On this page, you can view all of your Bookings Reports. These are made available on the 4th day of the following month. For example, the Bookings Report for the bookings made in August will be available on the 4th September at the earliest. You can use the filter function to refine your search, and download the details using the button in the Actions column.
You can also view the report’s details by selecting it from this page. At the top of the detail page you can view a summary showing the amount of Sojern driven bookings made during the month, the revenue generated for your property, and the commission.
Below the summary, you will see a table that breaks down your Bookings Report per day and per channel, if you are running a multichannel campaign. This table includes the number of bookings driven per channel per day, with the related revenue and commission to be charged.
