Users with access to commission campaigns can get deeper insights into site performance, traffic and user behaviour by navigating through Site Activity Trends reporting. This data will help you analyse user behaviour on your website, identify trends in your conversion funnel and inform your web and digital marketing strategies.
To see this data in your Sojern account:
- Navigate to the Reporting tab and choose Commission Campaign Summary
- Select the Date Range on the top of the page and click on the Site Activity section
- In the dropdown you can either select Site Activity Trends or Day of Week Trends:
Site Activity Trends
This line chart will show the total number of pixel fires for each page on your website where Sojern has placed pixels. Pixel fires are triggered when a user visits a page, allowing you to monitor traffic flow and page engagement.
The data can be broken down by day or month, and you can toggle different site pages (e.g., Home Page, Product Page) on and off to focus on specific metrics.
The table at the bottom of the chart will report on the same data as a total and average number of visits per page.
Day of Week Trends
This bar chart and table can give you interesting insights on your conversion funnel on different days of the week.
The bar chart will show the same pixel fires broken down by day of the week for the time period selected. Also here you can toggle different site pages on and off.
The table at the bottom of the chart displays the percentage of visits per page type for each day, helping you identify peak traffic periods.
