When you switch to a new Commission model, reports for previous campaigns are moved out of the main Reporting pages. This helps maintain clear and accurate data for your current campaign, preventing confusion between different contract types that do not follow the same reporting rules.
However, you can still access key data from your previous campaigns by downloading a Data Extract. This report includes post-reconciliation data, aggregated by billing month.
To download campaign data for your previous Commission contracts, please follow these steps:
- Go to Account Settings
- If you have one account, click Account in the bottom left corner, then select Account Settings

- If you manage multiple accounts, click the Accounts tab in the top left corner and select the relevant account
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Data Extract for Previous Contracts section.
- Click Download Data Extract to generate the report
