When you first login to your Sojern account, you will see a simple and clean dashboard that will help you track the performance of your Commission campaign at a glance. By default, the dashboard displays results for the past 30 days, though you can select a different time period at the top.
Campaign-Driven Bookings (top left)
This chart shows metrics for bookings that have been driven by your campaign in the time period selected. You will be able to see the number of bookings, as well as the total booking value (Booked Revenue). From these figures, the dashboard calculates the average daily rate and average bookings value. The charts at the bottom of the dashboard will show this data broken down further into bar charts.
Note that while these bookings were made in the selected time period, the actual stay could be for any future date.
Campaign-Driven Stays (top right)
This chart shows stays completed within the selected time period. Also in this case you can see the number of stays, as well as the total value (Revenue) and the Net Commission owed. Also in this case the dashboard uses these figures to calculate the average daily rate and average bookings value.
Note that as you perform reconciliation, the information in this chart will update accordingly, providing you with the most accurate spend and revenue data of your campaign.
Campaign-Driven Bookings by Channel (bottom left)
In this chart you will see the same bookings driven in the time period selected broken down by channel. This chart is very useful when you run multi-channel campaigns, to see how each channel is contributing to the success of your campaign.
Month of Campaign-Driven Stays (bottom right)
In this chart you can see when the bookings driven in the time period selected are going to complete their stay. Near-term months are displayed individually, while stays for months further in the future are grouped into a single aggregated bar at the end of the chart.
