Once you have logged into your account, please follow the instructions below to see the Campaign Performance data and additional Destination Insights available for you to view at any time.
Reporting - You will find two options once you log into your account. To view campaign performance and download performance reports, click the “Campaign Performance” box on the main screen or the “Campaign Performance” tab in the toggled sidebar. To view destination insights, click the “Destination Insights” box on the main screen or the “Destination Insights” tab in the toggled sidebar.
Campaign Performance - If you click on Campaign Performance, there are multiple tabs where you can view performance at different levels. Confirm that you have filled out all fields in the "Select Filters" dropdown that are highlighted in red. You will want to ensure you’re viewing the correct campaign metrics in the case of prior Sojern campaigns being run for the hotel. The filter dropdown will be on each tab, and the data presented will get more granular as you click through the tabs. Highlighted in green are the different tabs in which you can view campaign performance:
- Dashboard - all selected campaign(s) performance metrics at a glance
- Campaigns - all selected campaign(s) performance per campaign
- Line Items - all selected campaign(s) performance per Line Item/Product
- Channels - all selected campaign(s) performance per channel
- Creatives - all selected campaign(s) performance per creative
- Creative Sizes - all selected campaign(s) performance per creative size
- Geo - all selected campaign(s) impression share per region
Destination Insights - If you click on Destination Insights, there are multiple tabs you can click on to view insight data to a specific location. This includes a variety of insights including Volume Trends, Trip Details, and Traveler Details (highlighted in green). This is not limited to the campaign specifically as you can input your desired Destination, Origin Country, Event Type, and Time Period (highlighted in blue):
- Destination - this can be at a country, state, or metro level
- Origin Country - this is at a country level
- Event Type - this can be booking or search
- Time Period - this will break out the data in a quarterly, monthly, or weekly view
On the “Trip Details” and “Traveler Details” tabs you will see two additional filters:
- Vertical - this can be flight or hotel
- Date Range - this ranges from the last 7 days to a custom date range where you can input your desired date range
